One process.
A working pilot.
Make one recurring task smarter. A focused pilot helps you discover what works, what it takes and whether the next step makes sense.
Free introduction · proposal before we startFrom a recurring task
to a tested approach.
Clear from the start.
Useful from day one.
For a small business or a team within a larger organisation. We keep the scope focused and agree how to evaluate the pilot.
- 01
A clearly defined plan
The process, users, permitted data and systems. Including what is in scope and what is not.
- 02
A working prototype
A solution for the agreed task, tested with suitable sample data or a limited dataset agreed in advance.
- 03
Practical tests with your team
Together, we assess usability, errors and exceptions against agreed criteria.
- 04
Guidance and a concrete recommendation
You receive an explanation of how to use the solution, our findings and its limitations. We discuss whether to stop, adjust or develop it further.
From an enquiry
to a prepared task.
An illustrative example. We tailor the details to your process.
Input
An anonymised enquiry from your day-to-day work.
Preparation
Key details and missing information, clearly organised.
Review
Your team member reviews the draft task and chooses the next step.
For example, we check whether the data is accurate, exceptions are flagged and reviewing takes less effort.
First, a proposal.
Then, we get started.
After an initial conversation, you receive a proposal for the agreed pilot. It sets out the project price, timeline, deliverables and your involvement. We start once you approve it.
Licences, usage charges and any support are listed separately. Additional requests or follow-up work are agreed separately.
You know the work.
That is where we start.
You do not need a technical solution yet. Describe the task, what makes it difficult and who does the work.
- 01One task that comes up regularly
- 02An overview of the software you use
- 03Examples without sensitive information
- 04Someone from your team who can help test
Good to know.
How long does a pilot take?
That depends on the task, access requirements and your team's availability. Your proposal includes a timeline based on your situation.
Can we use the solution across the business straight away?
The pilot tests one clearly defined use case. Before wider or everyday use, we discuss additional testing, security, maintenance and the integrations required.
What if the pilot does not deliver enough value?
That is a useful finding too. We document what works, what does not and why. You decide whether to adjust, stop or explore another direction.
Does all our data need to be ready?
Not always. We first review what is available. If data needs cleaning or extra preparation, we make that clear in the scope and proposal.
An idea is enough.
Let's get started.
